Allison Dellacava Coaching

Less overwhelm. More clarity. A healthier rhythm that actually fits your life.

You don’t need a more perfect plan. You need something that holds in real life — on busy weeks, stressful days, and the in-between moments where things usually fall apart.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles of overthinking food, habits, or consistency, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself anymore.

👉 Start with a free consultation to see if this feels like the right fit.

Most people I work with are not starting from zero — they’re starting from exhaustion.

They’ve tried to:

  • “be more consistent”

  • follow plans that worked for a while and then stopped working

  • reset over and over again

  • figure it out through willpower or information alone

And at some point, it stops feeling like motivation is the issue… and starts feeling like something deeper is getting in the way.

That’s usually when they show up here.

The problem usually isn’t knowledge.

It’s that most health approaches don’t account for real life — stress, emotions, routines that shift, and the mental load of trying to “do it right.”

So instead of things getting easier, they get louder:

  • more rules

  • more self-monitoring

  • more starts and stops

And eventually, even simple decisions around food, habits, or health start to feel heavy.

This isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a systems problem.

In coaching, we step out of that cycle and start building something steadier.

We work on:

  • simplifying your approach to health so it’s actually usable day to day

  • understanding your patterns without judgment or overwhelm

  • building habits that don’t collapse the moment life gets messy

  • creating a rhythm that supports you instead of draining you

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s consistency that feels calm enough to maintain.

I started my coaching work over 15 years ago at Frisky Lemon Nutrition, where I focused on gut health and anti-inflammatory eating. That foundation still informs my work today—but my approach has evolved as I’ve grown as a coach, person and mother.

Now, I help clients move beyond food stress altogether.

Together, we focus on reducing overwhelm, building realistic habits, and creating a way of eating that supports your energy, digestion, and actual day-to-day life.

What you can expect:

  • Simple, doable shifts (not overhauls)

  • Support that meets you where you are

  • A calmer, more consistent relationship with food
